I took this picture of a Coyote yesterday a few miles south of Traverse City. It was along side the road when I went by, so I turned around and it was still there, allowing me to take several pictures. Yes, that is snow on April 24th!
I just had to post this picture of one of the newest citizens of the United States. Her name is
Gabrielle. She was born at about 12:30 a.m. this morning. Her parents are Dennis and Yolanta. Why am I so excited about this? It is because this family, from Rapid City, Michigan has "adopted" me into their family and I am now the "uncle" of Gabrielle. Her parents both speak several languages, so she will grow up being multilingual, and with me as an uncle, she can't go wrong!
